Stone edges

Stone edges can offer an enhancement in aesthetic, organization, and dimension to a property. Stone edges act as borders or dividers between two contrasting environments, meaning that stone edges can be very thin (as low as 1 inch), but for more exotic tastes, overly thick (as high as 8 inches). Since stone edges are great for creating contrast or separating it, stone edges are most commonly used, at least in the world of hardscape, with decorative stone. Decorative stone can be used in walkways and driveways as either a decorative feature or in some cases as the actual base. As mentioned above, decorative stone can be used with stone edges, often times being used to fill in the space of a completed stone edge bed, or just to create contrast between the one side of the stone edge and the other.
